Joseph Schmid scored the game's only goal in the 66th minute.  Andres Penfold and Thomas Penfold both earned the assists, with Schmid connecting on the pass in the box.

The Pioneers finish their season with an overall record of 9-8, including record of 5-5 in NEC play.  They tied SFPA with 15 points for fifth place, but because the Red Flash claimed the final playoff spot because of a 1-0 win over the Pioneers earlier in the season.

Marcello Castro (Panana, Brazil) finishes his senior season as the team leader in goals with nine, good for second in the NEC.
