December 22, 2017WILKES, Pa. – To close out the calendar year, the Sacred Heart wrestling team competed at the 85th Annual Wilkes Open Tournament hosted by Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on Friday. Amongst more than 30 squads in attendance, the Pioneers were slotted ninth at the conclusion finishing with 44 points earned on the day. The 23rd ranked American University Eagles topped competition concluding 145 points. -

November 19, 2017PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – The Sacred Heart wrestling team competed at the Keystone Classic hosted by the University of Pennsylvania, Sunday, November 19 in Philadelphia. Besides the Pioneers and the Quakers, the showcase featured representatives from Appalachian State, Drexel, Duke, Eastern Michigan, Franklin & Marshall, Harvard, Northwestern, Penn State, Rider and Virginia Military Institute. SHU finished 12th with a team score of 10 points. -
