Elizabeth McGreevy is entering her sixth season as the head coach of the Sacred Heart women's volleyball team. She welcomes back 12 letterwinners and four starters for last season's team that clinched the program's first-ever trip to the Northeast Conference Tournament. Prior to her three seasons at the head of the Pioneer volleyball program, McGreevy served as the head coach at Marist College. She is a 1997 graduate of Marist, where she was a four-year starter and was twice named captain during her playing career with the Red Foxes.

McGreevy, an active member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), served as the Northeast Conference representative on the Division I Head Coaches Committee which strives to ensure the continued success of the sport, discussing issues and rules as they relate to NCAA volleyball. She serves as Co-Director of a summer camp through the Parks and Recreation Department in Cheshire, Connecticut that focuses on teaching basic skills and fundamentals of the game to young kids in the nearby area. Prior to her seasons as head coach of her alma mater, she served as an assistant coach for two seasons at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. McGreevy has worked many of the nation's top volleyball camps, including the Penn State Team Camp and the Nike Team Camp at University of California-Santa Cruz.
