Sacred Heart senior Pam Pillo (Shelton, CT) earned her second Prince / Northeast Conference Player of the Week award this season after helping the Pioneers to a 6-1 win at Hofstra.

The sixth Prince/NEC Player of the Week award of Pillo's career comes after the senior sparked the Pioneers to a 6-1 win over the Pride on Sunday. She recorded a 7-6, 6-1 win over Laura Crouch in #1 flight singles play and teamed with sophomore Nicole Betz for an 8-5 triumph at #1 doubles. Pillo, who improved her singles record to 11-6, ranks second among active NEC players - behind Quinnipiac's Gabby Pasternak (seven) - in total number of career weekly honors.
