Fairfield, CT - Sophomore Johannah Kos (Feeding Hills, MA) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Sacred Heart University Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of November 5-11.

Kos set a new school record in the 100 meter backstroke, leading the Pioneer swimming and diving team against Iona Saturday afternoon. Kos set her mark in the 400 yard medley relay. She seam the second leg backstroke portion of the event in 1:02.13. The time helped the Pioneers finish second in the event. Kos was also impressive in the individual events. She won the 200 yard individual medley with a time of 2:17.29 and placed second in the 200 yard backstroke.

The Pioneers are back in action Saturday December 1 when they visit Siena.
