Six women's swimming programs have been added as associate members of the Northeast Conference (NEC) for the 2003-04 season.

Current NEC members Central Connecticut State, Sacred Heart, St. Francis (NY), St. Francis (PA) and Wagner, along with associate member Howard, will be joined by new associate members Florida A&M, Georgetown, Georgia Southern, Gardner-Webb, North Carolina A&T and Radford.

There are now 12 members for women's swimming, which has been sponsored by the NEC since 1999.
