FAIRFILED,CT (February 2, 2004) - The Sacred Heart University women's swimming team concluded their home portion of their schedule with two strong performances. The Pioneers earned a split on Saturday with a 71-34 victory over St. Francis NY and a 70-63 loss at the hand of 15th ranked Cental Connecticut State University.
Sacred Heart put together one of the strongest efforts of the season against an extremely talented Central Connecticut. CCSU is Nationally ranked 15th by the College Coaches Swimming association.
