Final Stats

NEW BRITAIN, CT (January 29) - The Sacred Heart University women's swimming and diving team split a dual meet with Central Connecticut and St. Francis (NY). The Pioneers toppled St. Francis 69-35, but fell to Central 62-46.

Two Pioneers won their events during the compition. Angela Koenig (Harrison, NY)won the 200 yard Back event with a time of 2:26.13, just ahead of team mate Laura Johnson (Red Hook, NY) who finished the event in 2:32.37. Freshman Adriana Morgan won the 500 yard Free event with a time of 5:39.22.

The Pioneers return to action on Saturday, February 5 when they host Providence at 1:00 PM.
