Coach Welch is a 2001 graduate of Sacred Heart, and is entering her second year as an assistant coach. She was a four-year member of the swimming diving team while an undergraduate, and captained the team her junior and senior seasons. She holds a BS in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy at SHU.
