SHU: Played in 34 games her freshman season, including 18 starts. She batted .237 last season with three doubles, five RBA and one stolen base.

Before Sacred Heart: Attended Rogers High School where she lettered in soccer and softball for four years. She was a two-time captain for softball and captained the soccer team her senior year. She was named MVP of both teams her junior and senior years and was named All-Newport County in softball three times. She set the school record for stolen bases in a season (25) and a career (72). She is the second all-time leading scorer in soccer in school history.

Personal: She is the daughter of Chris and Diane Gutkes. She is a Criminal Justice major. Her favorite book is The World According to Garp and her favorite movie Blue Crush. Her favorite sports team is the New York Mets and she is a fan of Alternative music. Her favorite food is frozen yogurt.
