FREDERICK, MD - The Sacred Heart University women's golf team finished the NEC Tournament with a team score of 733, the lowest score the Pioneers have shot at an NEC tournament event, at Clustered Spires Golf Course over the two-day event.

Lauren Foster (Newington, CT) had the strongest showing for SHU, shooting consecutive rounds of 88 to finish the event in 20th place. Ashleigh O'Rourke (Glenwood, NJ) and Ali Heyes (Durobin, ON) also performed well for the Pioneers, shooting rounds of 91-93 and 90-95 respectively.
