High School: Attended Monroe Woodbury High School where she lettered in golf. She was the lone female on an all boys team and received the Player With the Most Heart Award. She was also captain of the school Color Guard from 2000-02. Personal: Daughter of Russell and Lorelei Pugh. She has two sisters, Stephanie and Lindsey. She is an Exercise Science/Physical Therapy major. Her favorite sports teams are the New York Giants and the New York Mets. Her favorite movie is Coyote Ugly, her favorite TV show is Gilmore Girls and her favorite book is Catcher in the Rye. Her favorite food is lobster. She considers her mother her role model.
Coach Romeo says: "Meghan is a fiery competitor and we need that with our young program. She is the classic student-athlete balancing pre-physical therapy and Division I golf, and doing it quite well. When Meghan has her driver going watch out, she can go low with her scores."
