YAPHANK, NY - Senior co-captain Kelly Mc Govern took third place in the St. Joseph's Horse Show in the Beginner Walk, Trot and Canter division. It was the first meet of the season for the Sacred Heart equestrian team and the coaching debut for new skipper, Sloan Milstein.

Other SHU finisher included Nicole Lay with a fourth in both the Intermediate Flat and Fences. Senior Ashley Coppola took fourth in Open Fences.

Senior Lauren Pierce took fourth in Open Flat, and sixth in fences, while senior Catherine Coyle finished sixth in Open Fences.
