Sacred Heart vs. UConn Post Game Quotes

Head Coach Ed Swanson On Amanda Pape becoming the all-time leading scorer at Sacred Heart: "It's a real credit to her work ethic. It's a great accomplishment, especially doing it at a venue like this in front of so many Connecticut fans. She was a big player on the high school level in the Connecticut basketball scene, so it was nice that she could get it done at a place like this. She's been a tremendous asset to our program in so many ways, especially in terms of attendance because so many people want to watch our games now. Again, it's a real credit to her work ethic."

Senior Amanda Pape On becoming the all-time leading scorer at Sacred Heart: "It's a very nice honor, but obviously I couldn't have done it without my team. My teammates have been great, and it's kind of their award as well, because if it wasn't for them, I would not have come this far. (When it happened) I had no idea what was going on, and then Coach Swanson gave me a hug, and then Kerri Burke told me. I didn't know. It was especially nice because a lot of my family was watching; I'm glad that they got to see it."
