Mary Randall returns for her third season as a member of the Pioneer coaching staff, following an outstanding playing career at Grand Valley State in Michigan and one professional season in Luxembourg. She will serve as the recruiting coordinator, academic monitor, and community involvement liaison, as well as assisting with game planning, scouting, and coaching postposition players.

The Grand Ledge, MI, native was a Daktronic All-American in 1998 and a Kodak honorable mention All-American in 1998 and 2000. Randall is Grand Valley's all-time scorer with 2,156 points and led the squad in both scoring and rebounding while being named team MVP in all four seasons. As a sophomore, Randall set a single-season Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and Grand Valley State record with 672 career points and averaged 24 points per game. She earned numerous honors on the court, including March of Dimes' Female Athlete of the Year and WBCA First-Team All-Region.

Randall graduated from Grand Valley State in 2000 with a bachelor's of science, majoring in Health Communication, accompanied by a minor in Public Relations. She spent one professional season in Dudelange, Luxembourg, playing for T71, where she led a National 1-Level team to the European Cup Semi-finals.

She is currently working on her master's degree in educational technology at Sacred Heart.
