2002-03: Finished the season third on the team in rebounding, averaging 5.3 boards a game...averaged 5.6 points per game...second on the team with 60 assists (2.1apg)...shot a career-best 44.6% (58-130) from the field…set a career-high with 11 rebounds against UMBC and Long Island…tied her career-high with six assists against Long Island in the NEC Tournament...tied her career-high with 16 points off the bench in win over Lafayette…appeared in all 28 games making 10 starts… The junior forward cracked the starting lineup in 10 of the last 11 games last season, and led a Pioneer defense that held teams to just 55.0 points per game and 36.9% shooting from the field over that stretch…a tenacious defender playing most of the season through injury.
2001-02: Stepped up and had a very solid sophomore campaign…averaged 21 minutes off the bench for the Pioneers…averaged 6.1 points and 3.8 rebounds per game…scored a career-high 16 points in a 95-75 win over Columbia…scored 10 points and grabbed a career-high nine rebounds early on in the season against Lehigh…had double-figures in three-straight games to close out the regular season.
2000-01: Inserted in the starting lineup when Brooke Rutnik went down with a shoulder injury in late January, Maher received seven starts proving far more valuable than her numbers (2.5 points and 2.0 rebounds) suggest…reached peaks of 12 points and seven rebounds in the loss at UMBC…also claimed seven rebounds in the second of two wins over Robert Morris.
Prior to SHU: Player of the Year and MVP of the Championship Game at Mercy Secondary School in Ireland…Captained the Irish National under-18 and under-20 teams.
