Complete Fordham Inivtational Results

BRONX, NY (September 11, 2004) - The Sacred Heart men and women's cross country team open the 2004 campaign Saturday afternoon, finishing ninth and eighth, respectively, at the Fordham University Invitational at Cortlandt Park. The men finished with 314 total team points while the women finished 225 points from their top-seven runners.

The top Pioneer performer on the day was sophomore Katie Duffy (Monroe, CT) who finished 26th with a time of 19:41.19. Team captains Jenna Pisani (Vernon, NJ) and Erin Kulasewski (West Warwick, RI) finished 37th (20:05.62) and 53rd (20:28.91) respectively.

For the men, junior co-captain Tyler Arnett (Clinton Corners, NY) was the top SHU runner with a time of 27:52.36 and a 43rd place finish. Fellow junior Robert Gill (Braintree, MA) finished 68th with a time of 28:40.63.
