FAIRFIELD, CT - Redshirt freshman Ricky Eichenlaub (Woodcliffe, NY) Has been named Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Sacred Heart Student Athlete of the Week for the week of January 14-20.

Though his team struggled to an 0-4 in the Colonial Athletic Association Duals in Fairfax, VA over the weekend, Eichenlaub was a bright spot. He finished 3-1 in his bouts at 184 pounds.

In his first match against Old Dominion, he pinned Jesse Strawn in 3:45. He then pinned Bill Widener of host George Mason University in just 1:07. He suffered his lone defeat of the weekend, 4-0 at the hands of Justin Wieller of Drexel. Eichenlaub bounced back to pin Kyle Higgins of Campbell University in 2:04.
