Complete CAA Championship Results

Fairfax, VA- Chris Davis (Mohawk, NY) placed fourth in his weight class at the CAA Championships held this weekend. Davis finished the weekend with a 2-2 record and recorded a technical fall in his first round match. Anthony Priore (Garwood, NJ) also recorded a 10-4 win over Robert Robinson of Drexel University.

Davis, the senior 141 pounder, won his opening round match by technical fall, 17-0. He advanced to the third place match with a 4-2 triumph over Fred Rogers of Rider. Davis was edged out in that contest 10-8 as Anwar Goeres of Binghamton escaped with the victory.

The Pioneers complete 2009 with a dual meet record of 7-10. They will lose just three seniors to graduation as they head into the 2009-10 campaign.
