O'Brien Named Honorbale Mention All-USCHO

Fairfield, CT - Senior Pierre-Luc O'Brien (Nicolet, QC) has been named to the All-USCHO Honorable Mention squad announced Thursday by the editors of US College Hockey Online. O'Brien is one of three Atlantic Hockey Players to earn honors from USCHO.

O'Brien led the Pioneer men's ice hockey team in scoring during the regular season, with 16 goals, 29 assists and 45 points for the season. He was sixth in the Atlantic Hockey Association in scoring and fourth in the league in assists. For his career O'Brien has 67 goals, 91 assists and 158 points, all school records. O'Brien was named the CSTV/HCA National Player of the Month for November after piling up 23 points in nine games. He also was selected as an alternate for the Frozen Four Skills Competition.

The Pioneers finished the season 21-11-4.
