FAIRFIELD, CT (October 27) - Sacred Heart freshman golfer Patrick Fillian (Belmar, NJ) was named NEC golfer of the week for his performance at the New England Championship, Quinnipiac Invite and the Toski Invitational last week.

Fillian finished in first, second and tied for third place in the three different events last week, to earn his second Golfer of the Week award. The star freshman captured the trophy at the New England Championship with a 145. He was second at the Quinnipiac Invite with a 74 and tied for third at the Toski Invitational with a 144.
