Hempstead, NY (October 20, 2003) - The Sacred Heart men's golf team finished 11th out of 14 teams at the Hofstra Fall Invitational this past weekend at Bethpage State Park. Senior Dustin Ledda (Torrington, CT) tied for 31st, shooting 155 (80, 75) for the weekend.

Junior Kevin Gordon (Floral Park, NY) fished just behind Ledda with a 158 on the weekend (78, 80). Sophomore John Molchan (Wallingford, CT), freshman Rob Thurston (Newton, MA), and junior Mike Giaquinto (Fairfield, CT) also competed in the event.

The men's golf team will compete at the NEIGA Championship on October 20-21. that event will close out the fall portion of the men's golf schedule.
