2007 Schedule

FAIRFIELD, Conn. (June 19, 2007) - Sacred Heart head football coach Paul Gorham announced on Tuesday that the Pioneers have added Marist College to the schedule for the upcoming season. SHU will host the Red Foxes on Saturday, October 20th on Campus Field at 1:00 pm.

The match-up completes the Pioneers 2007 schedule at 11 games. SHU will play five non-league games along with six Northeast Conference battles this year. The Red Foxes hold a 3-2 edge in the all-time series that started in 2002. Marist dealt SHU a 28-19 loss last fall at home.

The 2007 season officially gets underway on Thursday, August 30th against Assumption College.
