On today's 49-8 loss: "They are very good on defense and we were making mistakes on plays we've been making since fall camp.

"There was a distinct lack of mental and physical toughness needed to play well against good football teams.

"I asked my players which loss has hurt the most. There wasn't a uniform answer; they all hurt.

On offensive and defensive mistakes: "It could be a combination of both and a mental thing. But if we came to play, that was a team that could've been beaten.

On today's loss: "We'll try to look at the positives, but a loss is a loss.

"When you're down, you have to stray away from your game plan because you have to throw more and also try to counteract with the run. But this was a learning experience because you have to know where you've been to know where you're going."
