2003: Played in all 11 games for the Pioneers, finishing with 37 tackles. Started his career off with a bang, recording a QB sack in his first game on August 30 at St. Peter's. Third on the team with 7 ½ tackles for a loss of 15 yards and tied for the team lead with three fumble recoveries. Had a career-high seven tackles at Albany on September 27.
Personal: Son of William and Ann Hayden.... Has two sisters, Lorraine and Kathleen....Attended Delaware Valley High School where he lettered in football and track. Played football for coach Keith Olsommer. Was team captain and Most Valuable Player his senior year. Named first team all-conference that year....Criminal Justice major....Favorite football team is the New York Giants....
