FAIRFIELD, CT - The Connecticut 6 Classic moves closer to its inaugural tip on November 13, but fans won't have to wait that long to get information about the tripleheader. The Connecticut 6 web site will launch on the afternoon of November 4.

The tripleheader includes Sacred Heart taking on Yale University at 5:30 pm, followed by Fairfield University against Central Connecticut State University at 7:30 pm. The evening concludes with Hartford taking on Quinnipiac at 9:30 pm. Tickets are available at the Arena at Harbor Yard box office as well as Ticketmaster.

Fans can type in the URL www.connecticut6.com to see up-to-date information about the tournament, watch the head coaches' take on the video player, or find out the latest news on the six state Division I teams. Central Connecticut State University, Fairfield University, University of Hartford, Quinnipiac University, Sacred Heart University, and Yale University will open their 2009-10 season at the Arena at Harbor Yard on November 13, as the squads will combine for a tripleheader that begins at 5:30 pm.

The web site launch is the first of several Connecticut 6 Classic activities over the next few days. The Connecticut 6 coaches' poll will be announced on November 9, followed by the pre-season All-Connecticut 6 team on November 10.
