2008-09: Started first two games of college career, playing 24 minutes in opener at Holy Cross.
High School: Attended Masuk High School where he played basketball for four years for coach John DeGennaro. Was team captain his senior year and was also named team Most Valuable Player. Was named MVP and All-State by the Connecticut Post and Hartford Courant. Was a two-time all-area and all-league selection. Scored 49 points in a game twice his senior year and finished his career with over 1,000 points.
Personal: Son of Stephen and Nancy Zazuri. Has five siblings - Meghan, Kelly, Mikey, John and Julia. His father is Sacred Heart's all-time leader in assists, averaging 7.7 per game from 1980-84. Undecided on a major. Favorite sports teams are the New York Yankees and LA Lakers. Favorite athletes are Derek Jeter and Kobe Bryant. Favorite movie is Goodfellas and favorite TV show is Entourage. Favorite food is pizza. Favorite hobby is playing poker. Would like to have dinner with Derek Jeter "because he has been my favorite player since he's been playing."
