Very athletic with the ability to be an excellent rebounder. Decent mid-range jumpshot. 2008-09: Appeared in four games...had a career-high six points at Providence on November 20. 2007-08: Scored first collegiate points with a pair of field goals at St. John's on 11/20. High School: Attended Lawrence Woodmere Academy where he played basketball for four years for coach Jeff Weiss. Was named all-county and all-league his senior year, and was a Second Team All-Long Island selection by NY Newsday. He averaged 21 points and 11 rebounds a game that season to help Woodmere reach the Class A championship game. Personal: Son of Rick and Zelda Marshall. Has one brother, Tony, and a sister, Jennifer. Majoring in biology. Favorite sports team is the New York Knicks. Favorite athlete is Dwayne Wade. Plays the trumpet.
