Capable of playing either guard position and likes to drive to the basket. Will shoot from anywhere on the floor. Very aggressive on both ends of the floor.

2003-04: Led the team in scoring three of the first four games. Scored 15 points against UConn, 16 at Army, and a season-high 23 against Columbia. Has been in double figures all four games. 2002-03: Was in double figures in scoring in 19 of the last 23 games... Scored a season-high 26 on 2/27 at St. Francis-NY... Had 25 points on 2/8 against FDU. Had a string of 11 straight double-figure games broken on 1/27 at Robert Morris... Had a season-high 25 points in the win over Quinnipiac, canning a career-best 11 free throws...Led the team with 20 points in the opener. Had a career-high six steals at Minnesota. 2001-02: Transferred from Rider College. Led the Pioneers in scoring, averaging 18.9 points per game. Led the team in free throw percentage at 74.5 percent (123-165). Scored a career high 32 points on 2/16/02 vs. St. Francis (NY). Was in double figures in scoring in every game he played. Named Second Team All-NEC.

High School: Attended Southside High School where he averaged 23 points, four assists, four rebounds, and five steals per game as a senior. As a senior, was named first team All-County, All-Long Island first team and fourth team All-State. A member of the AAU Long Island Lightning in 1995 and the 1998 AAU Queen Cobras, who finished second in the AAU Nationals in Iowa. Also lettered in basketball for three seasons and baseball for two. Was named All-State and All-Long Island in baseball.

Personal: Son of Bentley and Eileen Bailey. Majoring in Business Management. Brother Bryan was the starting point guard and co-captain as a senior at Bucknell last season and is now playing professionally in Yugoslavia. Favorite athlete is Chris Webber.
