Before SHU: Played three seasons of baseball at Fitch High School (Groton) for coach Marc Peluso.  Named All-State twice.  Also played three years of Football and was named All-Conference three times.  Played in the CT vs. RI High School All Star Football game at Rentschler Field in 2008.
