2nd Annual Pioneer Cheer & Dance Team Challenge Set For This Weekend
The Sacred Heart cheerleading program will host the 2nd Annual Pioneer Cheer & Dance Team Challenge this Saturday January 16. The competiton will feature local youth and scholastic cheerleadering and dance teams. The event will be held at the William H. Pitt Center with registration starting at 8:30 am, doors will open for spectators at 9:30 am and the competition beginning at 10:00 am.

Cheerleading and Big Red Mascot Tryouts to be Held this Spring
Sacred Heart head cheerleading coach Lisa Provenzano has announced the dates for cheerleading and mascot tryouts this spring. Tryouts will take place Thursday, April 23rd and Friday, April 24th from 5:00-10:00 pm with interviews being held all day Saturday.

Cheerleaders Hold 1st Annual SHU Pioneer Cheer and Dance Team Challenge
The Pioneer Cheerleading team recently hosted the 1st annual SHU Pioner Cheer and Dance Team Classic. St Joseph High School was the winner of the Varsity division, as well as grand champions of the event held at the William H Pitt Center.
