Western Finishes As Reserve High Point Team At UConn

Staples, Conn,- Sacred Heart University equestrian competed in it's second Western on Saturday at 1 pm after finishing as Reserve High Point Team in the morning's event.

Western finished as Reserve High Point Team for the second time on Saturday with 24 points behind Mount Holyoke College with 38 points. CCSU is third with 19 points and UCONN and UMASS tie for fourth with 12 points.

Cecelia Mathon places 2nd in Intermediate II Horsemanship Section A and Hailey Tyler places 5th

Devon Cavaliere places 2nd in Intermediate II Horsemanship Section B

Logan Morris and Kassandra Bayles place 2nd and 3rd in Novice Horsemanship Section A

Olivia Zwernemann wins Novice Horsemanship Section B

Megan Griffin and Olivia Marlow place 3rd and 4th in Advanced Horsemanship Section A

Cariann Johnson places 4th in Advanced Horsemanship Section B

Devon Conley places 2nd in Open Horsemanship

Devon Conley places 3rd in Reining

The Pioneers are back in action Friday Feb. 4 at CCSU at The Ethel Walker School.
