FAIRFIELD, CT - Head Sacred Heart University cheerleading coach Fernando Thomas has announced the Pioneers will be holding their annual fall tryouts for the 2007-08 seasons on Thursday, September 27th. Tryouts are open to all returning and incoming full-time students and will be held from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm on Court 1 in the William H. Pitt Center.

FALL TRYOUT SCHEDULE •Thursday, September 27th • 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm• Court 1 in the William H. Pitt Center.

This is an informal, group tryout; you will be evaluated as a GROUP! We are a co-ed team this year. We are looking for more MALES!! No experience necessary for males. Each cheerleader will be evaluated before the end of the evening and final team placements will be made at that time.

WHO IS ELIGABLE •MEN and women!• All returning full-time students • All incoming full-time students

WHAT TO WEAR •School colors•Sneakers, Shorts & T-Shirt. All hair must be worn up and for safety reasons jewelry will be allowed!

WHAT TO BRING • Completed Cheerleader Information Form from website•Copy of your insurance card•Pen.
