Sacred Heart University head cheerleading coach Dominique Baptiste announced the Pioneers will be holding tryouts for the upcoming 2005-06 season on April 30th. Tryouts are open to all returning and incoming full-time students and will be held from 3:00 to 7:00 pm in the William H. Pitt Center.

Students interested in trying out should bring the following with them to the tryout:

- Completed 2005-06 Cheerleading form (see above)

- Copy of acceptance letter (for incoming students only)

- Copy of insurance card

If any student cannot attend the April 30th tryout, they are encouraged to send in a video tape. Prospective cheerleaders should send a tape that shows their skills, cheers and dance to the head coach before April 30th. A copy of the complete information forms should also be sent with the tape.
