Kim Callicoatte begins her 5th year as the coordinator of all compliance activities at SHU. Kim is also the Senior Woman Administrator for the department, and represents the university in this capacity at all Northeast Conference (NEC) meetings. She has recently become the conference's representative on the NCAA Division I Academics/Eligibility/Compliance Cabinet. She also heads the Softball Committee for the NEC. A native of Austin, Texas, and a 1983 graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Callicoatte went on to earn her master of education in Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas in 1986. After spending 10 years coaching women's basketball (Texas Lutheran University, St. Edward's University), she entered the area of administration and compliance. Callicoatte was a four-year letter winner at Trinity in the sports of basketball and tennis. Most recently, she has completed an Ironman Triathlon in 2000 and is mom to 12 month old Ella Bess Callicoatte Mattocks.
